EOS calculation scope and sources
For full-time expatriates covered by federal standard gratuity rules. Pension, alternative savings schemes, part-time arrangements and other jurisdictions require their applicable assessment. Service must be continuous. Calculation is reviewed by Accounts Manager and finally approved by CEO.
